Crazy For Coconuts

Hey guy’s! Are some of you not getting hydrated enough? Well, as some of you can tell, I’m a pretty big fan of coconut water, lol.


Great Things From Coconut Water

Coconut water is low in calories and high in electrolyte potassium. The coconut water is going to have sweeter taste to it and still low in sugar as well.  I like to have my coconut water right after my workouts or even the next morning after a rough night (;

Replenishing the body with electrolytes potassium is important. It keeps us from muscle cramping and fatigue through out your workouts. Honestly for me, its like having a treat and plus it’s a thirst quencher. The amount of electrolyte potassium in coconut water is twice the amount than a banana. So go out find yourself a nice fresh coconut, break it open and enjoy!
