Dynamic Warm Up and Post Workout Cool Down

*Hey y’all!! Hope you all have had a great week! Now Jess and I have received several request for warm up and cool down stretching. For this Fit Friday Workout we are giving you guys free access to our go to warm up and cool down exercises! I will be demonstrating our Dynamic Warm up while Jess will be showing you guys the cool down Static Stretching. 

Dynamic Warm Up

What You’ll Need:

  • Open Space to be able to move around.

Static Stretch Cool Down


What You’ll Need:

  • Mat
  • Towel

Alright guy’s, so remember… Use the Dynamic exercises for your warm up before your workout and use the Static Stretch for your cool down. Feel free to send any feed back and hope you all enjoy the videos!
