Full Body Blast


Alright y’all, I have another Workout Challenge you can try either at home or even at the gym! I try use limited amount of equipment to keep your workout challenges convenient and easy. I use the videos to show you how the exercises are performed. Feel free to leave me comments or email me with any suggestions!


What You’ll Need:

  • Dumbbells

Workout: 5 Rounds

  • 20 RDL’S to Bent Over Rows
  • 20 Hip Bridge With Chest Press
  • 20/20 Lateral Crawls
  • 20 Camel Ups
