How To Keep Yourself Focused
Hey y’all! Hope you all are doing well. The last few weeks have been fun and a bit crazy with all of my wedding planning. I still try to keep myself focused on my own personal goals the best I can. I know we all can have crazy schedules at times. But don’t let that stop you from reaching your goals. Here are some small tips on how to keep yourself focused when times are crazy.
Don’t Let a Crazy Schedule Get In The Way
Here are some tips to staying on track:
- Put aside 15-20 mins to do a quick body weight workout at home or in the office if you can’t make it to the gym.
- Set alarm reminders if you tend to forget about your workouts.
- Write down your goals and put them some where you can see them. This will remind yourself what you are working so hard for.
- Write it in your daily planner as part of your day.
- If you can’t workout, stay strict on your nutrition the best you can.
- Find some motivational quotes. That usually helps me out. (;
- Find a workout partner, that way you both can hold each other accountable.
*I know time and life can get in the way of your fitness journey. Just don’t let that discourage you. We all have some set backs at times. But it’s how we continue to strive hard for our goals and not let anything or anyone get in the way of your journey. That is what matters the most! Put in the Work!!
