Legs On Fire

Hey y’all! It’s our favorite time of the week! It’s Friday and I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for the weekend! I get to travel with my fiance to Jacksonville for the weekend! It’s going to be a ride full of wedding planning lol.

Hope you all have had a good week and I hope you all have a great weekend, but before you do. Here’s the Fit Friday Workout Challenge!

Equipment You’ll Need:

  • Kettlebell
  • Dumbbell
  • Small Resistance Bands

 

Legs On Fire- 5 Rounds

  • 15 Goblet Squats with 5 sec hold at the bottom- Hold a weight at chest height, once your at the bottom of squat you will hold it for the 5 seconds.
  • 20/20 Iso Lunge with up and overs- Go into a lunge and hold at the bottom of the lunge. Using a kettlebell circle the weight up and around the front leg.
  • 50 Calf Raises- Standing on a plate or dumbbells, something that will help elevate your heels. Go onto your toes and squeeze your calves at the top of the exercise.
  • 20/20 Lateral Band Walks with weight- Using your band, slip it around your ankles and keep tension on the band at all times. Take a lateral step while holding weight at your shoulders.
