Let’s Build A Strong Foundation

Trying To Build Up Some Strength:

Hey y’all! Hope you all are having a great week! Well, I’m going to be out of town this weekend for my best friends wedding and yea….I’m his best man!! I’m completely honored and excited for his big day! Not gonna lie, I’m a bit nervous about the best man speech tho. Either way it’s all going to be a blast! But before I left, I designed a workout challenge for those who are looking to build some strength!

Let’s Build A Strong Foundation 

What You’ll Need:

  • Barbell
  • dumbbells

Workout: 4 Sets Of each exercise (option to start with heavier weight and work your way down if needed)

  • 10 Deadlifts 
  • 10 Front Squats
  • 10 Push Press
  • 10 Dumbbell Curl to Hammer Negative
  • 10 T-Push Ups

*Note: Do 4 sets of each exercise before moving onto the next set of exercises.
