Hey guys!! Hope you all had a great Labor Day weekend and a great week! Let’s start your weekend out right, with this upper and lower body workout for y’all to try. Try to use some weights that will challenge you! Most of all, let’s have some fun!!
Lower & Upper Body Workout
What You’ll Need:
Workout: 4 Rounds
- 10/10 Single Leg Deadlifts
- 20 Bent Over Rows
- 10/10 Single Arm Clean To Press
- 10 3 Second Pause Squats
- 10 Lateral Shoulder Raises
