Quick Fitness Ideas



How are you holding yourself accountable for your fitness goals? It’s easy to fall off track with goals you have set in your mind. For me, it’s my timing on remembering when to eat. Because I’m always busy running around training clients, training myself, and running errands I forget to eat. Since my body demands so many calories a day I need to keep snacking. So for a quick reminder, I have an alarm that goes off 2 times a day to remind me to eat.

It’s a quick, easy tip to always keep yourself accountable on your nutrition. Be creative and find something that works best that will help you hold yourself accountable.
