Quick Muscle Building Workout
Hey y’all! Hope you all are having a great week so far! I wanted to create a quick workout for you guys. I know there is times when it’s hard to fit a workout in. So here’s a quick muscle defining workout for you to try!!
Muscle Building Workout
What You’ll Need:
- Incline Bench
Workout Challenge: 4 Rounds
- 20 DB Plank Rows-Start in your plank position with dumbbells in hand. Alternating arms you are doing to row the dumbbell driving your elbow upward pulling from the shoulder blade.
- 15 Incline DB Chest Press-Laying flat on a incline bench, you are going to chest press the dumbbells upward toward the top squeezing you pectorals.
- 20 Push Ups With Alternating Shoulder Raises-Start at the top of your push up. Once you go down then back up, you will alternate each arm doing a front shoulder raise.
- 20 DB Bent Over Rows-Bend at your hips and back flat. Keep your arms fully extended out, then drive you elbows up squeezing your shoulder blades.
We all have trouble trying to find time in the day to get your workout in. Keep your head up, set some goals and most of all Have fun and Put In The Work!
