Alright y’all it’s time for our Fit Friday Workout Challenge! It’s the summer time and we all are looking for a quick workout to hit up before we hit up the beach or pool. So here’s a fat burning, muscle building, quick Upper Body Blast Workout to try!

Upper Body Blast Workout

UPPER BODY FLYER

Grab a partner to try this workout challenge with! Remember, have fun with it!

4Rounds with Increasing Weight

Equipment You’ll Need:

  • Kettlebells
  • Dumbbells

Upper Body Blast-4 Rounds

  • 15 DB Chest Press With Hip Bridge- Laying flat on the floor, you will drive your hips upward holding it while doing a DB chest press.
  • 20 Bent Over DB Rows- Hinge at your hip, keeping your back flat and arms fully extended down, then drive your elbows up squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  • 20 OH Tricep Extensions-Bring your arms fully extended all the way up then bend at your elbows to bring back up to full extension.
  • 10 Three Way Shoulder Raises-You start to a front shoulder raise, then to a V formation raise, then to a lateral raise which equals to be 1 full rep.
