Weekly Workout Schedule

Hey Hey HIIT FUSION CREW! It’s Sunday and that means its time to plan your week with the HIIT FUSION Workout Schedule! Feel free to change around the days if you need to, that way it works best for your schedule. My Active Rest Day is going to fall on Friday for me this week.

Jess and I filmed some great and fun workouts for you y’all to do. Hope you have fun and enjoy your time putting in the work 🙂

HIIT FUSION
If you are a member of HIIT FUSION online gym, you will have access to all of the linked workout videos in this post. If you want to join you can now and you will then have access to the workout videos…Drew & I would love to have y’all workout with us (:

You’ve seen some of these workouts before so we want you to keep a journal for your HIIT FUSION workouts. If it’s a “For Time” workout (which means you have a certain amount of rounds to complete) we want you to record how long it took you to do the workout. If it is an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in a given time frame) then we want you to write down how many rounds you got through. This way when we do a workout that we’ve already done you can watch yourself getting stronger and faster!

*Don’t forget about the stretch videos that we posted on Friday!

Here are the workouts you’ll be doing this week:

Sunday 04.19:

Rest Day! Spend 20-30 minutes stretching and foam rolling. This is so important to protect your muscles from injury and to help with flexibility/mobility.

Monday 04.20:

Complete HIIT FUSION WORKOUT #22 and HIIT FUSION WORKOUT #15.

Tuesday 04.21:

Complete HIIT FUSION WORKOUT #20 and jog 1 mile. If you can’t jog 1 mile for whatever reason, you can substitute the run with your Home Cardio workout.

Wednesday 04.22:

Active rest day! Do something active – like take a walk or a hike. Or take a yoga class at a local studio.

Thursday 04.23:

Complete HIIT FUSION WORKOUT #7 and HIIT FUSION WORKOUT #19.

Friday 04.24:

Complete the NEW workout (HIIT FUSION workout #25) that is posted for the week (: It will be posted Thursday! And jog 1 mile. If you can’t jog 1 mile for whatever reason, you can substitute the run with your Home Cardio workout.

Saturday 04.25:

Complete HIIT FUSION WORKOUT #16.

*Scheduling a routine can always be tough. Set reminders, leave memos to hold yourself accountable for your goals. Mix match the days if you need to, that way you can stay on a easy routine for yourself 🙂

Have fun and Put In The Work!
