What’s Your Go To Snack?

I have a lot of clients of mine that ask me what do I snack on and when. Peanut Butter is probably going to be every trainers go to snack. If not it’s almond butter, and that’s pushing the odds lol.

I simply use it for a quick fix only once a day tho. It curves my appetite for a bit till I can get some actual food in me. Having the peanut butter with me also keeps me from making bad food decisions because I will. Plus keeps me from getting hangry lol.
